Responsibilities
- Develop and implement well-rounded communication strategies that align with company goals
- Build and sustain meaningful relationships with stakeholders at every level of the organization
- Direct the planning and execution of communication campaigns, both internal and external
- Assist teams in navigating organizational change while maintaining clear, consistent messaging
- Identify opportunities to strengthen communication practices and address any existing gaps
- Lead cross-functional efforts that demand coordination across different regions or business divisions
- Provide strategic guidance and status updates to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Assess the results of communication initiatives and adjust tactics based on performance
- Partner with leadership to ensure communication efforts reinforce overarching business priorities
- Guide and develop team members to build stronger communication competencies throughout the organization
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in similar positions
- At least 5 years in a leadership role, with actual experience managing people being more important than the size of the team
- Experience operating within large and complex organizational environments
- Background working in global functions, coordinating efforts across multiple countries or regions rather than a single market
- A proactive, strategic mindset focused on delivering solutions
- Ability to formulate strategies, bring forward new concepts, and recognize opportunities for improvement and organizational gaps
- Extensive experience with Change Management and driving organizational transformation
- Demonstrated capability in managing senior-level stakeholders and influencing executive decision-making
- Experience overseeing several initiatives concurrently, reflecting strong project management aptitude
- Direct experience using AI to tackle business challenges
- Capable of explaining the logic behind AI adoption, including how opportunities are recognized and how AI contributes business value
- Excellent English (C1+) communication skills, with the capacity to clearly present technical concepts to a range of audiences
