We are seeking a Communications Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Oversee the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives
- Guide teams through periods of organizational change, ensuring messaging is clear and consistent
- Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and address existing gaps
- Coordinate cross-functional projects that require alignment across multiple departments or regions
- Present strategic recommendations and updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust approaches based on outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with broader business objectives
- Mentor and guide team members to strengthen overall communication capabilities within the organization
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, with hands-on experience leading people being more important than team size
- Experience working within large, complex organizations
- Experience in global roles, collaborating across multiple countries or regions rather than a single local market
- A strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to develop strategies, generate new ideas, and identify improvement opportunities and organizational gaps
- Strong experience in Change Management and organizational transformation
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at executive levels
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management capabilities
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to solve business challenges
- Ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind the use of AI, including how opportunities are identified and how AI creates business value
- Excellent English (C1+) communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
