We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to guide clients in shaping effective AWS and hybrid cloud architectures. You will partner with a dedicated team to assess environments, define migration and modernization roadmaps, and steer Cloud and DevOps change across delivery. Responsibilities
- Support clients across their AWS cloud journey by gathering requirements, reviewing cost efficiency, and preparing business cases
- Assess existing cloud infrastructures, review AWS deployments, spot improvement areas, and provide clear recommendations
- Define end-to-end strategies for AWS cloud transformation, including governance, automation, security, deployment, and ongoing operations
- Produce AWS architecture solutions for migration by evaluating application and IT service portfolios and planning migration, transformation, and automation
- Deliver AWS-native solutions by leveraging the platform’s broad set of services
- Design and implement cloud-agnostic microservices architectures using Kubernetes, Pivotal, and other platform services
- Lead clients through technical and organizational change as part of Cloud and DevOps initiatives
- Act as an AWS specialist by advising on architecture, governance, scalability, security, operations, and cost control
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or a closely related discipline
- 2+ years in leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordinator roles
- At least 1 year of experience leading teams of 5+ people
- Participation in at least 2 full project cycles or work across multiple projects at different development phases
- Extensive expertise in AWS Cloud and adjacent cloud architecture domains
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex AWS or hybrid cloud solutions end to end
- Advanced knowledge of private, public, and hybrid cloud models, networking, workload types, migration strategies, and related tools
- Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, IT services, software engineering, compliance, security, and IT operations
- Strong command of cloud design patterns, operating models, and cost management, with the ability to apply or recommend best practices
- Proven ability to communicate innovative, effective technical solutions, secure client buy-in, and meet project objectives
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability
- Proficient English skills (B2, Upper-Intermediate) or higher, written and spoken
