We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer to join our progressive team. This position focuses on the Cloud Security stream, specifically dealing with cloud applications, and plays a vital role in safeguarding the security and integrity of our organizational systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures for applications in the cloud
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Monitor application performance and security incidents, responding promptly to any issues
- Develop and maintain security documentation and reports
- Design and integrate security solutions tailored for cloud application environments
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering
- Proficiency in Security Engineering principles and practices
- Background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Skills in scripting or automation languages/tools like Python, PowerShell, or Bash to streamline security processes
- Capability to analyze and respond to system logs and alerts for emerging threats
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a minimum proficiency level of B2
Nice to have
- Experience in application security assessments
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and frameworks
