We are seeking an accomplished and innovative Chief SharePoint Developer to lead our SharePoint strategies.

This role merges advanced technical knowledge of SharePoint development with leadership duties, including managing a team, achieving project milestones, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the SharePoint development team while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Execute SharePoint development activities, including coding, debugging, and testing scalable solutions
  • Define project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee release cycles for seamless execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align project initiatives with business priorities
  • Host team meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions
  • Manage release planning, focusing on deployment coordination, scheduling, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and industry standards in all phases
  • Offer mentorship to team members to enhance skills, promote accountability, and encourage collaboration
  • Stay knowledgeable about emerging SharePoint tools and industry advancements to improve solutions and workflows
Requirements
  • Background in SharePoint development, with over 7 years of hands-on expertise
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
  • Understanding of stakeholder collaboration, resource management, and release strategies
  • Skills in problem-solving, technical diagnostics, and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in team management, mentorship, and communication across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
  • Flexibility to incorporate new technologies and integrate evolving tools into processes
  • Familiarity with English communication at a B2+ proficiency level
