Chief SharePoint Developer
We are seeking a talented and driven Chief SharePoint Developer to lead our SharePoint initiatives.
This position integrates technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, including overseeing a development team, advancing project success, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of the SharePoint development team to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
- Hands-on SharePoint development involving coding, debugging, and testing robust, scalable solutions
- Planning and coordination of project schedules, resource allocation, and release cycles for effective execution
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with business needs
- Facilitation of team meetings to assess progress, tackle challenges, and implement solutions
- Oversight of release planning, including scheduling, deployment coordination, and risk mitigation
- Assurance of compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards during all project phases
- Mentorship for team members to promote skill enhancement, accountability, and collaboration
- Monitoring of new SharePoint technologies and industry trends to optimize solutions and workflows
Requirements
- Proven background in SharePoint development, including a minimum of 7+ years in hands-on development
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
- Understanding of resource allocation, release planning, and stakeholder coordination
- Skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting for technical challenges
- Proficiency in team leadership and providing mentorship with effective communication skills
- History of successful project management in fast-paced and high-demand environments
- Flexibility to adapt to emerging technologies and incorporate new tools into workflows
- English communication skills at a B2+ level fluency
