We're seeking a highly experienced remote Chief SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration Developer to join our team.
In this role, you'll participate in large-scale SAP implementation projects, design, evaluate, and document reliable and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP integration leveraging various technologies, and provide input to architecture, security, and data standards. You'll also participate in pre-sales activities as a technical consultant in the integration area, build trustworthy relationships with customers, and collaborate with customers to present and explain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, assess, and document robust and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP systems using a variety of technologies, such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Kafka, third-party application integration services, and more
- Contribute to architecture, security, and data standards, ensuring compliance and governance
- Engage in pre-sales activities as a technical consultant specializing in integration solutions
- Collaborate with clients to showcase and elucidate integration solutions, while gathering non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Estimate the required work for integration development and technical architectural components
- Provide guidance on SAP Chief Information Officer (CIO) Guides for On-premises, Cloud, and Hybrid setups, Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M), Application Extension Methodology, and RISE with SAP
- Uphold and promote best practices and a culture of continuous improvement within the project
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects
- Over 2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in SAP Process Integration/Orchestration (PI/PO) and Cloud Integration, SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) in S/4HANA, and SAP Process Orchestration
- A track record of designing system integration solutions within diverse enterprise environments
- Proficiency in various integration tools and platforms, with the ability to craft solutions using a range of technologies
- Competency in one or more programming languages, such as ABAP, Java, Groovy, and JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript)
- Comprehensive understanding of the capabilities, functionalities, and technologies of several SAP products, including SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Production), SAP C/4HANA (Commerce, Marketing, Sales), SAP SCM (TM, EWM, IBP), SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management), SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba
- Familiarity with SAP Integration Solution Advisory Methodology
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, coupled with a willingness to engage with clients
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+ proficiency)

- Experience with one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- SAP Certifications (or certifications from other vendors)
