We are seeking a highly experienced remote Chief SAP Integration Developer to spearhead our team in large-scale SAP implementation projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and documenting reliable and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP integration using various technologies, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, Kafka, and third-party application integration services and solutions. You will also provide input to architecture, security, and data standards to ensure compliance with governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in designing, evaluating, and documenting reliable and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP integration using various technologies, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, Kafka, and third-party application integration services and solutions
- Provide input to architecture, security, and data standards to ensure compliance with governance standards
- Participate in pre-sales activities as a technical consultant in the integration area, building trustworthy relationships with customers and collaborating with them to present and explain solutions and gather non-functional requirements
- Estimate work efforts related to integration development and technical architecture components
- Advise on SAP CIO Guides, Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M), Application Extension Methodology, and RISE with SAP
- Enforce best practices and a continuous improvement culture on the project
- Expand your knowledge and experience in SAP systems and beyond
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration
- At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in SAP ABAP in S/4HANA and SAP Process Orchestration
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing reliable and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP integration using various technologies, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, Kafka, and third-party application integration services and solutions
- Proven ability to provide input to architecture, security, and data standards to ensure compliance with governance standards
- Experience in participating in pre-sales activities as a technical consultant in the integration area
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate with non-functional requirements and quality attributes
- Exceptional team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)

- Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI)
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- Experience in SAP Cloud Platform Extension Factory
