We are seeking a highly experienced Chief SAP CPI Consultant to join our remote team.
In this critical role, you will handle complex SAP CPI scenarios, including error handling, content-based routing, and dynamic configuration. You will also have the opportunity to work with SAP CPI adapters and connectors for integration with various systems, develop custom functions and libraries using SAP CPI's scripting languages, and use advanced features such as message aggregation, splitting, and correlation for complex integration scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Master complex SAP CPI scenarios, including error handling, content-based routing, and dynamic configuration
- Implement advanced mapping techniques, such as XPath, Java Mapping, and Groovy Scripting
- Understand and implement SAP CPI adapters and connectors for integration with various systems
- Develop custom functions and libraries using SAP CPI's scripting languages
- Utilize advanced features such as message aggregation, splitting, and correlation for complex integration scenarios
- Manage and monitor integration flows using the SAP CPI web console and API
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and procedures for SAP Integration development
- Regularly present technical information to a non-technical audience
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI development, including extensive experience in solution architecture
- At least 2 years of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating adept leadership skills
- Expertise in Java mapping and Groovy scripting
- Proficient in implementing SAP CPI adapters and connectors for integration with various systems
- Experience working with advanced features such as message aggregation, splitting, and correlation for complex integration scenarios
- Expertise in developing custom functions and libraries using SAP CPI's scripting languages
- Strong experience managing and monitoring SAP CPI integration flows using the SAP CPI web console and API
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration scenarios
- Excellent English language skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for communicating with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients
Nice to have
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Integration or similar cloud integration platforms
- Experience with SAP API Management or similar API management platforms
- Certification in SAP Integration development or architecture
