We are seeking a highly skilled Chief SAP Cloud Integration Developer to join our remote team and play an instrumental role in driving our client's SAP integration project to success. Our client is a leading global retail company, and you will be responsible for leading the integration team and working closely with the retail team to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. As the Chief SAP Integration Developer, you will have extensive experience with SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration, particularly SAP CPI development and SAP Cloud integration. You will also have in-depth knowledge of SAP Retail and extensive experience in leading SAP integration projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SAP integration team, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions in line with project goals and timelines
- Design and develop SAP CPI and Cloud Integration solutions, ensuring efficient integration of SAP systems and applications
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Retail, guiding the team in the development of retail solutions
- Collaborate with the retail team to understand their needs and deliver effective, tailored integration solutions
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of efficient and scalable SAP integration solutions
- Oversee the optimization of SAP integration performance and reliability, including monitoring and troubleshooting
- Continuously evaluate industry trends and best practices to refine and implement the most effective SAP integration strategies
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective, tailored solutions
- Drive the team's organization and structure, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a SAP Integration Developer, with at least 2 years of experience leading SAP integration projects
- Expertise in SAP Cloud integration development
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Retail and experience in working with retail companies
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, enabling efficient and effective development and integration
- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing full-cycle design and architecture projects or having participated in multiple projects with varying stages of the development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and practices, enabling effective and efficient integration of SAP systems and applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex integration issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, enabling effective management and motivation of a team of SAP Integration Developers
- Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level), enabling effective communication and collaboration with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform, enabling efficient integration of SAP systems and applications
- Experience with SAP Ariba, enabling efficient integration of procurement and supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, enabling efficient integration of HR processes
