We are seeking a talented and driven Chief Salesforce Developer to join our team and enhance the effectiveness of our Salesforce development efforts. This position blends leadership and technical proficiency to refine Salesforce functionalities and align them with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce development projects across UI and API implementations
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado and their integrations
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) techniques to enhance code scalability and reliability
- Ensure adherence to high coding standards through peer reviews and established practices
- Resolve issues within production environments to maintain system functionality and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to structure customized technical solutions
- Mentor team members while providing technical expertise in Salesforce development
- Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, deployment, and post-release support
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and collaboration
- Document development processes, design decisions, and code comprehensively
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly in UI and API
- 2+ years in leadership positions related to technical roles
- Understanding of CI/CD processes with tools like Copado or a willingness to develop this skillset
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
- Proficiency in maintaining coding standards and delivering high-quality code
- Background in managing production environments for optimal performance
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce within enterprise systems via APIs
- Strong interpersonal qualities and leadership competency for effective mentoring
- Competency in delivering solutions that address both technical and business requirements
- Capability to solve complex problems and implement streamlined solutions
- Fluency in English at a minimum C1 level
