We are currently seeking a highly experienced Chief Salesforce Developer to join our remote team, responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for our clients.
As the Chief Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Salesforce solutions for our clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Manage and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations
- Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC), enhancing the user experience of Salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain complex business logic and integrations using Salesforce Apex
- Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions by conducting thorough testing and implementing best practices
- Collaborate with other teams, including QA and UX, to ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on requirements analysis, design, and development
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating adept leadership skills within the realm of Salesforce development
- Participation in at least two full-cycle Salesforce implementations or engagement in multiple projects spanning various phases of the development lifecycle
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain complex solutions
- Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SOQL and SOSL)
- Excellent communication skills, fostering effective communication with stakeholders and team members
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, demonstrating advanced knowledge of Salesforce development
- Expertise in Salesforce Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC), enhancing the user experience of Salesforce solutions
- Experience in developing complex Salesforce integrations, enabling seamless integration with other systems
