We are seeking an experienced Chief Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for leading the development team and designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. They will need to have at least 7+ years of relevant work experience, 2+ years of relevant leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects and system design and architecture from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team and manage the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical solutions
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including system architecture, integrations, and custom code
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
- Ensure high code quality, adherence to best practices, and alignment with industry standards
- Continuously research and evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and improve processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce development
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience, with proven success in leading high-performing teams
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Analytics Cloud, APEX, LWC, and JavaScript
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and administration
- Strong experience in system design and architecture, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
- Experience in Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms such as Mulesoft or Boomi
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- B2+ language level
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect
