We invite applications for a Chief Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In the role of a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functional expert, your duties will entail strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders including project managers, executives, and teams focused on sales, pricing, order, and billing. You will be responsible for strategic management of the Salesforce system, with a focus on system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. Additionally, your role will involve leading substantial platform-wide projects with a focus on CPQ and Billing systems, while providing mentorship and leadership to a professional team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), collaborating closely with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
- Strategically handle the Salesforce system, ensuring system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
- Lead significant platform-wide projects, emphasizing on CPQ and Billing systems
- Offer mentorship and leadership to a team of professionals
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
- At least 3 years experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Practical skills in design, architecture, and configuration within Salesforce environments
- Familiarization with tools like DocuSign and understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
- Proficiency in automated deployment tools is necessary
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills for effective mentoring and management of a professional team
- An upper-intermediate level of English for clear communication with stakeholders
