We are looking for a Chief Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to join our team as a functional expert in CPQ. As a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator with at least 7 years of experience, you will lead major platform-wide projects focused on CPQ and Billing systems, providing mentorship and management to a team of professionals. Your role will involve managing the Salesforce system strategically, including system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. You will collaborate with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams to ensure seamless project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a functional expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), collaborating with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
  • Manage the Salesforce system strategically, including system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
  • Lead major platform-wide projects focused on CPQ and Billing systems, providing mentorship and management to a team of professionals
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams like Development, QA, and Project Management
  • Provide technical assistance to the team and help in creating best practices and standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as automation, streamlining processes, and optimizing Salesforce platform
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Hands-on design, architecture, and configuration skills within Salesforce environments
  • Familiarity with tools like DocuSign and an understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
  • Proficiency in automated deployment tools
  • 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Excellent communicational and organizational skills
  • B2+ English level proficiency
