We are seeking a Chief Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to become an integral part of our team.
Your role as a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functional expert will involve collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams. You will strategically manage the Salesforce system, ensuring system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. Moreover, you will lead significant platform-wide projects concentrating on CPQ and Billing systems, while offering mentorship and leadership to a team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), working closely with different stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
- Strategically manage the Salesforce system, ensuring system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
- Lead substantial platform-wide projects focusing on CPQ and Billing systems
- Provide mentorship and manage a team of professionals
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
- At least 3 years experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Practical skills in design, architecture, and configuration within Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and comprehension of revenue recognition within Salesforce
- Proficiency in automated deployment tools is a must
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills necessary for effective mentoring and management of a team of professionals
- An upper-Intermediate level of English is required for clear communication with stakeholders
