Chief Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Chief Salesforce Business Analyst to join our remote team.
In this position, you will be responsible for owning the discovery phase of multiple new project initiatives, maintaining appropriately detailed backlogs, and articulating business value. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture business needs, discover requirements, map out domains, and generate solutions as part of an agile development team. You will also be responsible for configuring Salesforce and managing stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are properly understood and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, discover requirements, map out domains, and generate solutions as part of an agile development team
- Own the discovery phase of multiple new project initiatives and maintain appropriately detailed backlogs and articulate business value
- Configure Salesforce using both declarative and programmatic options
- Manage stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are properly understood and delivered in a timely manner
- Collaborate with developers, QA professionals, and product owners on key decisions to drive project completion
- Document technical solutions clearly and concisely in written documentation
- Participate in and lead regular code reviews, often in a mentorship role with other engineers to maintain high development standards
- Interface with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both production and non-production environments
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on Salesforce platform
- At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Salesforce ADM201 certification
- Experience with CRMs and their integration with Salesforce
- Proficient in requirements analysis and mapping
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Dynamic Forms, Permission Set Groups, and Sharing
- Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure proper requirements gathering and delivery
- Ability to own the discovery phase of multiple projects and maintain detailed backlogs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level)

- Experience with CRM Analytics
- Familiarity with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) or similar marketing automation tools
