We are looking for a Chief Python Developer to guide the development of the Python backend for our Search Optimizer project.
The chosen candidate will implement critical functionalities and ensure the smooth operation of the backend system.
Responsibilities
- Take the helm of Python backend development for the Search Optimizer project
- Collaboratively design and execute scalable solutions that address project requirements
- Integrate technologies such as Microsoft Azure and PostgreSQL
- Develop and oversee REST APIs using FastAPI to enable communication between frontend and backend elements
- Oversee database operations through SQLAlchemy
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and business objectives
Requirements
- Expertise in Python with a minimum of 7 years of professional background
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in creating and deploying web applications utilizing FastAPI
- Qualifications in Microsoft Azure services
- Flexibility to use PostgreSQL and optimize database queries
- Background in building and utilizing RESTful APIs
- Skills in database management with SQLAlchemy
- Experience in team collaboration across various departments
