Chief .NET Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Chief .NET Engineer to become part of our product-oriented development team (POD).

You will work alongside a client-side team that includes a Product Owner, Technical Lead, and existing developers and QAs to create and deliver high-quality features. This position emphasizes full-stack development using .NET Core, C#, Vue.js (or ReactJS), MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and MongoDB, while ensuring optimal application performance in the AWS environment. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to design and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, Vue.js, or ReactJS
  • Analyze existing applications and extend functionality to support multi-tenant configurations
  • Refactor code to achieve scalability and performance milestones
  • Improve data modeling strategies and reduce database query loads
  • Integrate applications seamlessly into the AWS environment, particularly with Kubernetes (preferably AWS EKS), while addressing related challenges
  • Ensure robust logging and traceability through appropriate tools and frameworks
  • Deploy best practices for microservices architecture and employ AI technologies to facilitate code refactoring
  • Establish robust security and compliance protocols throughout the enablement process for multi-tenant deployments
  • Coordinate with client-side teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience with .NET and .NET Core
  • Advanced skills in ASP.NET Core development
  • Proficiency in Vue.js or ReactJS with experience in component-based architecture, state management, and asynchronous programming
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server, including database design, query creation, and optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS
  • Background in AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Fargate, and SQS
  • Competency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web services, and data modeling principles
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git
  • Skills in implementing observability, logging, and traceability within .NET applications
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to operate under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • English qualifications at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Background in migrating applications from single-tenant to multi-tenant architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools used in automation processes
  • Understanding of web development security best practices
  • Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization for .NET applications
  • Qualifications in working collaboratively within client-side teams
  • Exposure to product lines with diverse technological stacks across multiple products
  • Background in Python development
  • Flexibility to adapt applications effectively for multi-tenant architecture
