Responsibilities
- Address and remove impediments faced by 2-3 team members
- Actively contribute to the project as a Software Engineer
- Partake in routine discussions with US-based client stakeholders to address ongoing concerns
- Work alongside elite engineers, architects, and product managers
- Employ cutting-edge technologies from a leading tech company's technology stack
- Suggest designs and architectural approaches for segments managed by your team
- Concentrate on development activities within a nurturing setting
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development and integration across complete system life cycles
- Proficiency in Java with over 7 years of active experience
- Capability to lead a team with 2+ years of demonstrated experience
- Background in managing direct client communications including performance evaluations and team capacity planning
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with adeptness in analyzing and resolving issues independently
- Competence in self-management with notable prioritization skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Skills in Guice and Protocol Buffers
- Understanding of Guava
