We are seeking a Chief Google Cloud Platform Engineer to join our remote team. As a Chief GCP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly available and scalable cloud-based solutions and leading the engineering team. You should have at least 7+ years of relevant work experience and 2+ years of relevant leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure using GCP, Terraform, and Ansible
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to design and implement complex solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to infrastructure and deployment
- Develop and maintain highly available and scalable solutions using Kubernetes
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience and 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- At least 2 finished projects and system design and architecture from scratch
- Strong knowledge of Core Cloud GCP, Terraform/CloudFormation, and Ansible/Chef/Puppet/SaltStack
- Experience with Python/Bash and Linux Administration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- B2+ English level
