We are looking for a Chief Digital Workplace Developer with expertise in Security Engineering to lead our remote engineering team.
As a key member of the team, you will drive security initiatives across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goals of creating secure and reliable solutions for our clients. Responsibilities
- Design and implement security architecture across all enterprise-level applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and secure collaboration tools for secure communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement access control mechanisms that grant appropriate permissions to users based on their roles and responsibilities
- Implement robust authentication methods and identity management practices to ensure secure access to applications
- Ensure endpoint and mobile security to prevent malware, data breaches and unauthorised access on Windows, Mac, Linux desktops and laptops
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement remedial actions
- Lead and mentor a team of security developers, fostering skill development and operational efficiency
- Develop and execute detailed security plans to validate product security and compliance
- Provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders on security initiatives and their impact on business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement of security engineering processes and practices for enhanced efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security initiatives align with business objectives and goals
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Security Engineering with an in-depth understanding of Azure Security, Identity and Access Management, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of security developers, demonstrating exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically Advanced Threat Protection
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security architecture for enterprise-level applications
- Expertise in Mobile Device Management (Security)
- Experience in evaluating and securing collaboration tools for secure communication and collaboration
- Experience in working with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Purview
- Ability to implement strong authentication methods and identity management practices
- Proficient English language skills to enable clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders

- Experience in Data Security
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
