We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Data Integration Developer to join our remote team.
Your primary focus will be on creating and enhancing data products that the company delivers. Using your solid understanding of data extraction and manipulation, you will utilize Snowflake, Python, Windows Server VMs, and Kafka to develop cloud-based data products. You will apply business logic over the input data to deliver value and insights to the business.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain data integration pipelines using the Snowflake-based cloud data platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data integration and delivery of data products
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions
- Ensure that the data integration pipelines are secure and compliant with data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data products
- Participate in all stages of the data product delivery process, from design to deployment and maintenance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for data integration, data quality, and data governance
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience creating and enhancing data products and delivering insights through data manipulation and extraction
- Expertise in Snowflake, Python, and Windows Server VMs
- Expertise in Azure Data Factory and Databricks
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese languages allowing effective communication with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently to design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines
- Ability to work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data integration and delivery of data products
- Experience in working in an Agile development environment
- Ability to mentor and lead a team of developers to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions
- Experience in delivering data solutions using batch and real-time data sources
- Experience in designing and implementing data security and privacy measures

- Experience working with Kafka for data streaming
- Experience in designing and implementing data quality measures
