We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Data and BI Analyst to join our team and deliver actionable insights through advanced analysis and business intelligence reporting.

The selected candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to understand business goals, develop tailored data solutions, and present insights using effective data narratives.

Responsibilities
  • Define reporting needs and create customized solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Participate in discussions to gather requirements and ensure proposed solutions align with objectives
  • Audit, assess data quality, and maintain accuracy through thorough analysis
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in data warehouse functionality or system integrations
  • Provide solutions to improve the efficiency of systems supporting data analysis and reporting
  • Apply knowledge of data metrics to collect, structure, and interpret critical business information
  • Address challenges with a proactive mindset and offer strategic solutions independently
  • Utilize visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, alongside SQL, to generate impactful insights
  • Translate business objectives into detailed data requirements and technical specifications
  • Deliver analytical findings clearly to support strategic executive choices
  • Streamline workflows to balance multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as data science, analytics, finance, or engineering; MBA preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in roles focused on analytics or business intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
  • Expertise in SQL and strong knowledge of relational/dimensional databases and extraction methods
  • Competency in advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint features, including formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and data visualization tools
  • Flexibility to distill complex datasets into accessible insights to facilitate decision-making at the leadership level
  • Background in navigating both independent and team-oriented work environments
  • Understanding of data workflows and adaptability to changing project priorities
