We are looking for a Chief Data Analyst to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in data analysis and management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and oversee their work
- Develop and implement data strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Design and maintain data models and databases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities that can be solved through data analysis
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant working experience in data analysis
- Strong proficiency in data-oriented programming languages such as SQL, Python, SparkSQL, PySpark, R, and Bash
- Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of data analysts
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- 2-3 finished projects and system design and architecture from scratch
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- B2 English level
