Chief Cloud Platform Developer with SRE experience

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Cloud Platform Developer to join our remote team and ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud systems.
As a Chief Cloud Platform Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications, and contributing to the improvement of our cloud architecture and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure through proactive monitoring, automation, and ongoing maintenance
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications
- Contribute to the improvement of our cloud architecture and best practices
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- Expertise in cloud-based solutions design and implementation
- Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Python, Jenkins, Terraform
- Knowledge of Microservices
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts to different stakeholders
- Proficient in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with Incident Management (ITSM) and Jira
- Familiarity with Ansible and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Datadog and Splunk
- Solid background in NoSQL databases such as Apache Cassandra
- Expertise in GitHub, and Confluence
