We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Cloud Platform Developer to join our remote team and ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud systems.

As a Chief Cloud Platform Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications, and contributing to the improvement of our cloud architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure through proactive monitoring, automation, and ongoing maintenance
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications
  • Contribute to the improvement of our cloud architecture and best practices
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
  • Expertise in cloud-based solutions design and implementation
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Python, Jenkins, Terraform
  • Knowledge of Microservices
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts to different stakeholders
  • Proficient in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency
Nice to have
  • Experience with Incident Management (ITSM) and Jira
  • Familiarity with Ansible and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Datadog and Splunk
  • Solid background in NoSQL databases such as Apache Cassandra
  • Expertise in GitHub, and Confluence
