We are looking for a Chief BI Analyst to lead enterprise-wide BI outcomes by shaping data strategy and guiding cross-functional initiatives. You will steer the data experience, advise leaders on the firm’s data direction, and translate complex needs into practical data solutions—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Assess and support data needs for assigned initiatives while staying aligned to the overall Data Strategy and Firm Plan
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise as a subject matter expert
- Direct cross-functional data projects and programs with significant risk and complexity
- Evaluate business requirements and convert them into effective data solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and software developers to design solutions
- Build and manage business relationships with leaders across the organization
- Recommend solutions to business improvement opportunities in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Proven track record with 7+ years of experience in business analysis delivery and requirements analysis
- Strong capability in stakeholder management and data analysis
- Solid background in solution architecture
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

- Deep expertise in stakeholder management
