  • Build and maintain scalable, secure, high-performing backend services aligned to the evolving loyalty platform architecture
  • Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and end users to clarify business needs and convert them into technical requirements and solutions
  • Coordinate communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of integration components

  • Drive continuous improvement through refactoring, optimization, and incremental delivery of features and enhancements
  • Participate in technical reviews and client meetings to present solution designs, collect feedback, and adjust implementation plans accordingly
Requirements

  • Strong architectural acumen paired with hands-on backend development skills in Java and cloud-native environments such as AWS
  • Demonstrated ability to translate and refactor business logic from legacy front-end systems like AEM into resilient backend services
  • Solid experience connecting legacy and modern platforms while aligning technical solutions to changing business goals in travel and hospitality domains
  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, collaborating with client managers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams to shape technical direction and delivery
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
