We are seeking a C++ Developer skilled in Unreal Engine to become part of our team.

In this position, you will have a significant impact on crafting engaging interactive experiences and strengthening the technical backbone of our products. You will work side by side with a skilled group of programmers, designers, and artists to turn creative visions into reality.

Responsibilities
  • Build, evolve, and support reliable and scalable functionality for real-time interactive software
  • Partner with designers and artists to bring gameplay mechanics and UI components to life
  • Produce readable, efficient, and thoroughly documented code aligned with industry standards
  • Improve runtime performance and memory footprint across a range of supported devices
  • Take part in peer code reviews and guide less experienced developers to strengthen team knowledge
  • Investigate, diagnose, and fix challenging technical problems at every stage of production
  • Help shape architectural direction and technical roadmaps for upcoming features and systems
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the timely release of polished features
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in professional software engineering
  • Deep expertise in C++ development, including familiarity with contemporary C++ standards and coding conventions
  • Practical background in creating applications with Unreal Engine
  • Proven experience crafting user interfaces with UMG or an equivalent UI toolkit from a different engine or platform; prior UMG work is beneficial, though a solid UI foundation with the capacity to quickly become proficient in UMG is equally valued
  • Confident English communication abilities at B2 level or above, in both writing and speech
Nice to have
  • Exposure to multi-platform development spanning PC, mobile, and consoles, along with an understanding of platform-specific UI behavior and performance trade-offs
  • A keen sense for UX and visual refinement, with the skill to convert design concepts into fluid and user-friendly interfaces
