We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing a new lending platform that leverages cutting-edge technologies and architecture.
In this role, you will analyze business needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate business requirements into comprehensive User Stories
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the agile development process
- Create detailed wireframes and mockups to guide system design
- Participate in the discovery phase to identify and clarify project scope
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related field
- Proven experience creating User Stories in a Scrum set-up
- Familiarity with wireframes and mockups
- Knowledge of microservices architecture powered by .NET Core, Angular and Azure
- Proficiency in Docker
- Understanding of the finance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Background in business systems analysis and project management
