EPAM Startup and SMBs Department is seeking a seasoned remote Business Development Ninja with at least 4 years of IT experience in sales, ready to dive into remote, multidisciplinary teams and steer the course of global mid-sized projects. As a key player in translating EPAM's standards to the vibrant startup sector, your role is for the entrepreneurial spirit fueled by personal and professional growth.


What You'll Do:

  • Strategize and implement initiatives to engage our target audience through LinkedIn, email, and more
  • With support of Sales Operations and Marketing team drive outbound outreach in industries ranging from startups to mid-market companies
  • Identify and engage potential customers via EPAM's own channels
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to each prospect
  • Ensure a good fit between client needs and our offerings
  • Establish and straighten new and existing connections around startup community

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years in the IT sector with proven sales track records
  • A passion for driving the sales process and sealing the deal
  • A growth mindset, keen on continuous learning and development
  • Experience in consultative selling with stellar communication and collaboration skills
  • С1 English level proficiency

Nice-to-Have:

  • Pre-sales environment experience, from crafting solutions to engaging clients
  • Technical walkthrough expertise
  • Background in delivery, project management
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Experience with distributed teams
