We are looking for a results-driven Business Architect/Process Architect to play a crucial role in translating business requirements into streamlined process designs and definitions, leveraging industry-leading methodologies and tools to align business strategy with operational execution.

This professional will provide process lineage and metadata to support business composability, ensuring standardization, integration, and governance within enterprise frameworks like TOGAF or ZACHMAN.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into detailed process designs using BPMN 2.0 notations
Ensure end-to-end process lineage and metadata to support business composability and adaptability
Develop and maintain process design and governance frameworks aligned with business architecture deliverables
Drive standardization and integration of processes using enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or ZACHMAN
Establish and ensure strong linkage between process and data to support various platform layers such as integration, interoperability, security, and UX
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand technical and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals
Create comprehensive documentation and technical writing to facilitate internal understanding and external communication
Promote modularity and composability principles within the organization to adapt to changing business needs
Advocate for the adoption of technology trends and evolution aligned with organizational objectives and goals

Requirements

Background in business architecture design, including functional and non-functional specifications
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies like TOGAF or ZACHMAN
Proficiency in SAP Signavio, Miro, and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN 2.0)
Familiarity with tools such as LeanIX or similar platforms
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business architecture or process architecture roles
Understanding of business composability and modularity methods
Skills in technical writing and a high proficiency level of Business English

Nice to have

Expertise in project delivery using agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe 5.0
Familiarity with product-based organizational approaches
Background in end-to-end agile transformations or similar delivery frameworks
