Business Architect/Process Architect

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Architect/Process Architect to play a pivotal role in transforming business requirements into well-defined process designs, utilizing advanced methodologies and tools to align business strategies with operational goals.

This professional will deliver process lineage and metadata to enhance business composability, ensuring standardization, integration, and governance within frameworks such as TOGAF or ZACHMAN.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into precise process designs using BPMN 2.0 notations
  • Ensure process lineage and metadata are established to support business composability and flexibility
  • Develop process design and governance frameworks aligned with business architecture objectives
  • Align processes with enterprise architecture methodologies, including TOGAF or ZACHMAN
  • Establish connections between process and data to support integration, interoperability, security, and UX layers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and functional specifications with business objectives
  • Document and communicate insights through comprehensive technical writing
  • Advocate for modularity and composability concepts to address evolving business needs
  • Support the adoption of relevant technology trends aligned with organizational priorities
Requirements
  • Background in business architecture design, including both functional and non-functional specifications
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or ZACHMAN
  • Proficiency in SAP Signavio, Miro, and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN 2.0)
  • Familiarity with tools like LeanIX or comparable platforms
  • Five or more years of experience in business architecture or process architecture-related roles
  • Understanding of business composability and modularity approaches
  • Skills in technical writing with a high proficiency in Business English
Nice to have
  • Expertise in implementing agile project delivery frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe 5.0
  • Understanding of product-based organizational structures
  • Background in spearheading end-to-end agile transformations or similar frameworks
