We are seeking a Business Analytics Consultant to join our team oriented towards delivering innovative digital B2B and internal products with a data-driven approach.
As a Business Analytics Consultant, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, shaping product strategies and managing engagements that steer company operations based on actionable data insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the end-to-end product strategy, aligning with objectives and roadmap
- Define and communicate primary outcomes to track progress against success metrics
- Drive presale activities, orchestrating consulting engagements efficiently
- Maintain a well-prioritized, up-to-date product backlog
- Assess and improve the quality of data necessary for product development
- Cultivate strategies for data architecture, data element functionality, and data life cycle management
- Use metrics and data analytics to guide strategic decisions and operational practices
- Ensure products follow a design thinking approach from discovery, through delivery, to success measurement
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping digital B2B or internal products, preferably involving data-intensive components such as data lakes, data warehouses (DWH), or BI/reporting solutions
- Understanding of data architecture, data elements, and the data life cycle
- Showcase of competency in leveraging data and metrics for decision-making
- Qualifications in design thinking methodologies, emphasizing inclusivity from discovery to delivery and success measurement
- Proficiency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken
