Business Analytics Consulting
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analytics Consultant to collaborate with stakeholders, define data-driven strategies, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance business value.
You will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, defining success metrics, and driving consulting engagements across data-intensive projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product strategies and align them with business value
- Define target outcomes and track progress against established success metrics
- Work with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to identify optimal data solutions
- Facilitate presale activities and manage consulting projects to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate product objectives and priorities effectively with all stakeholders
- Maintain an organized, prioritized, and clear product backlog
- Align with customer needs while cooperating with internal product teams
- Identify opportunities for data collection, integration, and optimization
- Assess data availability and quality, and lead improvements within client organizations
- Establish and guide data governance best practices where needed
- Stay current with evolving data and analytics trends to advise stakeholders effectively
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience delivering digital B2B or internal data-driven products (e.g., data lake, DWH, BI solutions)
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data elements, and lifecycle management
- Expertise in analytics and decision-making based on metrics and data
- Proficiency in structuring and organizing efforts for effective delivery
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical audiences
- Familiarity with design thinking, agile product management, and prioritization frameworks
- Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level
Nice to have
- Background in data governance processes or frameworks
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, machine learning, or automation tools
- Understanding of the latest big data platforms, cloud environments, or visualization tools
