We are seeking a Business Analyst (Wealth Management). You will translate wealth and insurance needs into clear epics, user stories and process flows, then partner with squads to deliver change through release and cutover. If you enjoy shaping end-to-end journeys and making requirements “AI-ready” for faster delivery, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Capture and refine business requirements then translate them into functional inputs for delivery
- Partner with stakeholders, developers and testers to confirm rules, flows and system behavior
- Create business analysis artifacts including process maps, user journeys and impact assessments
- Define epics and user stories including dependencies, acceptance criteria and expected outcomes
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners and delivery squads
- Guide teams through agile ceremonies and day-to-day delivery alignment to agreed scope
- Coordinate release and cutover activities including readiness, communications and validation
- Support defect triage and issue resolution during testing and post-release
Requirements
- Business analysis expertise across technology delivery including scope, RAID and change control
- Wealth management domain knowledge including investment and insurance products
- Product knowledge in bonds and foreign exchange trading workflows
- Agile delivery capability including epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Stakeholder management with clear communication across business and technology teams
- Delivery and release exposure including cutover planning, deployment coordination and validation
- Tool proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Project
- Technical familiarity with application programming interfaces (APIs) and basic data analysis concepts
Nice to have
- SQL for Data Analytics knowledge and comfort validating data outcomes
- Experience with Postman plus REST and SOAP APIs for integration validation
- Exposure to core banking or wealth platforms such as Avaloq or Finacle
