We are seeking a highly experienced remoted Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The candidate must have knowledge of SEng D365 CRM Base, while Roadmap and Backlog creation, Backlog management.
Responsibilities
- Follow and understand a defined software development process
- Play the key Business Analyst role
- Create and manage roadmaps and backlogs
- Understand, analyse and improve business processes and solutions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately represented
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically in SEng D365 CRM Base
- Excellent team collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively
- Roadmap and backlog creation
- Backlog management and experience in Scrum
- English level: Upper-Intermediate B2+
Nice to have
- Business domain knowledge in banking or financial service industry, preferably in a wealth management is a plus
