We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Platform Engineering team, working on projects involving developer platforms, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

Elicit requirements using suitable techniques
Identify business goals, needs, and objectives to align features
Analyze current state (As-Is) and perform impact analysis (To-Be)
Develop user, functional, non-functional, and system requirements
Document requirements in Epics, Use Cases, and User Stories
Understand and define project scope using functional decomposition
Collaborate with stakeholders including SMEs and development teams
Facilitate meetings and workshops with project stakeholders
Organize and conduct demo sessions
Support solution testing and user acceptance testing
Create and validate BA diagrams using UML and BPMN
Ensure alignment of UX/UI designs with requirements
Plan own activities within the defined project scope
Capture information during elicitation using appropriate techniques
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies effectively

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with platform engineering and developer platforms
Experience with cloud-native technologies such as OpenShift, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
Familiarity with event-driven architecture technologies like Kafka, Couchbase, MongoDB
Ability to organize and trace functional and business requirements
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and classic approaches
Ability to follow and explain Business Analysis approaches to stakeholders
Proficiency in organizing and facilitating stakeholder workshops
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-management skills with minimal supervision
Effective communication skills in multicultural, distributed environments
Conflict management abilities
Proficiency in requirements estimation techniques
English language proficiency at C1 level (Advanced)

Nice to have

Engineering or computer science education background
Knowledge of relational DB concepts and SQL query writing
Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certifications
Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge of NDC and One-Order standards
