Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements
- Document workflow inefficiencies and design optimized operating models
- Translate business processes into clear requirements and user stories
- Support the delivery of insurance systems, policy platforms and digital portals
- Define UAT strategies, prepare test scenarios, and coordinate signoffs
- Provide training and post-implementation support to business units
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis within the P&C insurance sector
- Expertise in at least two areas: property, casualty, construction, workers' compensation or reinsurance.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, SQL, and data mapping tools
- Understanding of the Singapore insurance regulatory framework
- Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and technical teams
- Skilled in analyst techniques such as user interviewing, workshop facilitation, process modelling and writing business requirements
