Business Analyst (Demand Planner)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our remote team.


This role sits in the Demand Planning sub-team of the Replenishment Excellence team, which provides centralized support to the area buying teams.

You will ensure that a high-quality system forecast is generated with correctly established demand history and fine-tuned parameters and models in the planning system (Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization (SCPO)).

Responsibilities
  • Generate high-quality system forecasts by establishing demand history and fine-tuned parameters and models in planning system
  • Provide centralized support to area buying teams
  • Analyze and interpret sales data within the market to make informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain planning and optimization processes
  • Create reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Desktop to present data insights to stakeholders
  • Participate in continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, or related field, with emphasis on statistical forecasting
  • Supply Chain experience and knowledge of business planning processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong financial acumen required (must be able to interpret sales data within the market)
  • Experience with Logistic Administration (Supply Chain)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate Level)
Nice to have
  • Experience with JDA/Blue Yonder, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau Desktop is a plus
