Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business and system requirements
- Drive the Software Development Life Cycle ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Identify and address non-functional requirements like performance and security
- Facilitate communication between business users IT teams and external vendors
- Ensure adherence to internal policies regulatory standards and SDLC procedures
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business objectives
- Extract analyze and interpret data from databases to support decisions
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Requirements
- Proven IT Business Analyst experience preferably in finance or banking
- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and project management principles
- Basic technical proficiency for database querying and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
- Experience with tools like UML BPMN JIRA or Confluence is a plus
