We're looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. You'll gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specs, and support solution design and Scrum ceremonies. The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and architects, plus involvement in UAT coordination and testing.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to align scope, priorities and outcomes
  • Elicit, analyze and document requirements, process flows and user journeys
  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
  • Support solution design by clarifying functional needs, constraints and dependencies
  • Contribute to Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews
  • Coordinate UAT by preparing test scenarios, supporting execution and validating outcomes
  • Maintain requirement traceability and manage changes through delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis for IT or software delivery
  • Strong background in requirements engineering including documentation and prioritization
  • Hands-on experience using Jira in Agile (Scrum) teams
  • Domain knowledge in financial services and payments
  • Ability to translate between business goals and technical implementation details
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across locations and time zones
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working independently
Nice to have
  • Exposure to data, application programming interface (API) and systems integration topics
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools including prompt writing
  • Experience supporting product discovery workshops or user journey mapping
