We are looking for a Business Analyst to identify, document, and analyze operational processes suitable for RPA automation, partnering with technical teams to translate needs into functional solutions. You will shape business rules, support PDD creation, and help validate automated outcomes—apply to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Gather operational process information from users and stakeholders
- Document AS IS processes using agreed templates and documentation tools
- Design TO BE process flows aligned with RPA automation goals
- Define basic business rules required for automated execution
- Support creation and maintenance of the Process Definition Document (PDD)
- Run and facilitate user sessions to clarify requirements and confirm process details
- Validate automated solutions functionally against documented requirements
- Coordinate with RPA developers to clarify requirements and support adjustments
- Maintain requirements, decisions, and documentation in Jira and Confluence
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis for process documentation and functional analysis
- 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting operational process information
- Consultancy skills to work directly with clients and stakeholders
- Project collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with RPA developers and delivery teams
- Strong process documentation skills including AS IS and TO BE flow definition
- Solid business rules definition skills for basic automation scenarios
- Functional validation skills to verify automated solutions meet requirements
- Hands-on Jira and Confluence skills for tracking work and maintaining documentation
- Strong analytical skills to structure and interpret process information
- Strong organizational skills to manage requirements and documentation artifacts
- Clear communication skills to run user sessions and align expectations
- Teamwork mindset to collaborate across business and technical roles
- Proactive approach to identify gaps and propose improvements
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
