We are seeking a passionate Business Analyst (BA) with a blend of UX and technical expertise to join our team remotely.
This role demands strong technical expertise to tackle technical debt and security vulnerabilities. Knowledge of security frameworks is a plus. You will get a chance to work with some of the brightest professionals and take your career to new heights. You will be part of the Technical Product Management organization, which will rapidly build, iterate, and refine experiences.

Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between business and development teams by translating business needs into actionable user stories
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, UX designers, and global counterparts
- Analyze technical artifacts (depending on project focus area)
- Review and create user stories aligned with Agile methodologies
- Participate in user experience (UX) design
- Gather business requirements through user stories, prototyping, and other techniques
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements
- Design future-state business processes and conduct impact & feasibility analysis
- Manage change requests (CRs) effectively
- Prioritize project scope within Agile sprints
Requirements
- Minimum Mid-level / Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
- Previous experience as Techno functional BA
- Discovery phase experience
- Strong record of initiative
- Experience working with global and/or distributed teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Upper intermediate English for effective communication
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Financial Services
- Understanding of Functional Testing
- Basic understanding of architecture, tech debts, API and SQL
- Knowledge of Technical Debt Handling & Security Remediation
- AI ML Knowledge
