We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our remote team, leading a team of business analysts in delivering high-quality business analysis services to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that business analysis activities are planned and executed to the highest standards, and that all stakeholders are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of business analysts in delivering high-quality business analysis services to our clients
  • Ensure that business analysis activities are planned and executed to the highest standards
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring that their needs are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Define and articulate business needs and requirements, ensuring that they are accurately captured and documented
  • Manage risks effectively, identifying and mitigating risks in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure that all business analysis activities are aligned with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Estimate efforts required for business analysis activities, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business analysis plan, ensuring that all activities are clearly defined and executed in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, focusing on business analysis, quality control, and quality management
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating excellent leadership and management skills
  • Experience in business analysis scaled information management, with the ability to manage complex information and data models
  • Expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with a deep understanding of the principles and practices of both methodologies
  • Experience in SDLC, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Expertise in risk management, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in a timely and effective manner
  • Proficiency in stakeholders management, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in business need definition, with the ability to define and articulate business needs and requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage projects from initiation to closure
  • Experience in change management, with the ability to manage change effectively within an organization
