We are seeking a BPO Delivery Team Lead to join our remote team.
In this position, you will expand our team and run projects related to data entry, processing, annotation, IT supplementation services, and content management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery organization, account managers, and pre-sales teams to develop proper approaches for service provisioning
- Create estimates, timelines, and cost analysis that would lead to successful implementation and project delivery within a managed service model
- Kick off new projects, takeover existing services, and drive the initial discovery phase
- Work with other teams inside the organization and client business stakeholders, driving successful implementation through the organization of proper process and communication flow, tool selection, ensuring proper team training, qualitative output, and timely delivery according to the agreed timeline
- Manage resources and ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure proper project processes setup from the very beginning and up to closure
- Establish a reporting process and identify key project risks
- Propose approaches to increase performance and deliver functional and valuable solutions
- Manage and develop team members, including hiring, onboarding, and adaptation, performance development, professional growth, recognition, retention, and succession planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience working with clients in IT services
- At least 1 year of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating adept leadership skills
- Experience with people management processes: hiring, onboarding and adaptation, performance development, professional growth, recognition, retention, and succession planning
- Solid project lifecycle understanding, being able to ensure proper project processes setup from the very beginning and up to closure
- Effective written, and verbal presentation and communication skills, ability to quickly understand clients’ objectives and define stakeholders' needs and requirements
- Ability to establish a reporting process and identify key project risks
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and to act decisively
- Ability to be supportive, consultative, and collaborative and to work effectively across national boundaries, take responsibility, and be accountable for own and team actions
- Ability to propose approaches to increase performance and deliver functional and valuable solutions
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
