We are looking for a Senior Virtual Systems Engineer to oversee the management and optimization of our Windows-based infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft InTune and endpoint management. This pivotal role ensures system reliability, security, and compliance across enterprise environments while supporting hybrid environments and collaborating with virtual teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize Wintel infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient endpoint management (laptops, desktops, etc.)
Configure and manage Microsoft InTune for device management
Administer Windows Server and Client environments, including Active Directory, EntraID, and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
Manage SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software deployment and updates
Support hybrid environments, including Azure AD integration
Troubleshoot Windows performance and security issues
Collaborate with team members and virtual teams to deliver solutions
Monitor and enhance system reliability and compliance across all endpoints
Coordinate patch management processes to maintain system integrity
Provide technical input to enhance IT operational processes

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration
Expertise in Microsoft InTune configuration and management
Background in Active Directory, EntraID, and GPO administration
Skills in Windows Server and Client administration
Competency in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software distribution
Understanding of hybrid environments, including Azure AD integration
Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows performance and security issues
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Capability to manage priorities effectively in dynamic environments
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level

Nice to have

Experience working in medium/large international organizations
Familiarity with virtual team collaboration and processes
Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and tools
Showcase of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
Background in patch management strategies
Familiarity with AIRwatch for device management and Android in enterprise setups
