The Senior Marketing Strategy Consultant will help CMOs and digital leaders at global brands turn emerging technology, including AI, into strategy and stories they can act on. In this role, you’ll split your time between shaping new client propositions and leading strategy on live engagements.

This is a hybrid role, ideally based near a major EPAM hub such as NYC, Boston, or Philadelphia. There's no fixed in-office schedule, but you should be comfortable working on-site periodically and traveling occasionally as client and team needs require.

About Empathy Lab by EPAM:

Empathy Lab is EPAM's AI-native creative agency: we believe that in an era reshaped by artificial intelligence, technology should make experiences feel more human, not less. We operate at the unique intersection of business strategy, human creativity and advanced engineering.

By bridging EPAM's world-class software engineering and AI capabilities with top-tier creative and strategic digital services, we turn complex technical solutions into deeply engaging brand experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Define and package propositions that translate complex AI and marketing technology solutions into compelling storytelling and go-to-market assets
  • Own the narrative and first draft of proposals, pitches, and marketing materials, partnering with creative and engineering teams to bring them to life
  • Act as strategic lead on active client engagements to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable impact
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders — including CMOs and digital leaders — acting as a trusted advisor
  • Drive integrated strategies across creative, media, and technical delivery streams to ensure cohesive client solutions
  • Use real-world implementation insights to refine propositions, tools, and methodologies for future engagements
  • Lead and facilitate executive-level presentations and strategy workshops with clarity and authority
  • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and support business development efforts
Requirements
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, or consultancy within a digital or creative context
  • Proven ability to turn a rough brief into a clear, client-ready narrative and the deck that carries it, working independently from the first outline to the final slide
  • Hands-on approach to pre-sales: you enjoy rolling up your sleeves on proposals and pitch materials, not just directing them
  • Working knowledge of creative production and media planning processes
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging marketing technology, and the ability to explain use cases in business terms. Deep technical expertise isn't required
  • Experience partnering with engineering, data, and creative teams on integrated, multidisciplinary client engagements
  • Clear communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across global accounts in a matrixed structure
