We are seeking an Agentic Automation Engineer to design and implement UiPath-native automation and AI-enabled capabilities across the Contract Lifecycle Management, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard workstreams. The role will develop workflows, agents, business rules, integrations, document-processing components, and user interactions, working closely with the Migration Tech Lead, Program Solution Architect, Business Analysts, testers, and customer stakeholders. The position requires strong hands-on engineering skills and the ability to deliver reliable, secure, explainable, and maintainable automations within the program's shared architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, configure, and maintain agentic automation solutions on the UiPath platform
  • Develop workflows, agents, reusable activities, business rules, orchestration components, and user-interaction flows
  • Implement contract intake, review, routing, approval, amendment, renewal, and termination workflows for CLM
  • Build document-processing capabilities for contract classification, information extraction, validation, and audit evidence
  • Implement purchase-order ingestion, vendor-data extraction, renewal notifications, spend-review workflows, and reporting support for SaaS Management
  • Develop access-certification workflows, review campaigns, approval routing, escalation handling, and segregation-of-duties automation for AccessGuard
  • Configure AI and agentic capabilities using the UiPath services approved within the program architecture
  • Design human-in-the-loop steps for validation, exception handling, approvals, and sensitive business decisions, with clear guardrails that limit agent actions and maintain human oversight
  • Implement integrations with enterprise systems and third-party platforms using APIs, connectors, and UiPath Integration Service
  • Configure authentication, service accounts, credentials, data mappings, error handling, retries, and integration monitoring
  • Translate approved user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria into technical designs and working software
  • Support the technical assessment and integration of inherited prototypes, workflows, and partially completed components, reviewing them for maintainability, security, and technical debt
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience designing and building automation solutions on the UiPath platform, including agentic and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Experience with document-processing workflows for classification, information extraction, and validation
  • Expertise in integrations using APIs, connectors, and UiPath Integration Service
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, and SAP
  • Knowledge of identity platforms, credential management, and authentication configuration
  • Understanding of role-based access, audit logging, traceability, and data protection requirements for financial, contract, access, and personal data
  • Skills in writing clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code and workflow configurations
  • Capability to translate business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria into technical designs
  • Background in participating in backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
