We are seeking a Software Architect to define and guide the technical architecture for the DMS application, ensuring robust, secure and high-performance solutions across both frontend and backend components.

This role partners with engineering squads, product owners and infrastructure teams to align technology decisions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the technical architecture of Omega’s full stack application
Ensure consistency and quality across frontend and backend components
Guide squads on design patterns, integration strategies and performance optimization
Oversee interface design and data model alignment across systems
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and robustness
Review and validate technical deliverables and contribute to code quality standards
Support release planning and environment readiness from an architectural perspective
Mentor developers and promote architectural best practices across squads

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in an architectural role
Expertise in JavaEE, Spring and Hibernate
Skills in SOAP Webservices, JSF and PrimeFaces
Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery and CSS
Understanding of SQL and enterprise database design with Sybase or similar technologies
Familiarity with messaging systems such as ActiveMQ and secure authentication using Kerberos or Spring Security
Capability to design and deploy applications on Tomcat
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to balance technical depth with business context
